Media Services Support for Campus Events
The Media Services team offers support for campus events taking place in Brown classrooms and event spaces. Services for campus events are available to faculty, staff and students and are for a fee. Media Services applies a fee-for-service model.

Media Services offers Standard Support for Brown courses at no charge.
Media Services Fees

| Late requests | Request for event support must be made at least 10 calendar days in advance of event. | $150 late request fee for late requests. |

Please note that Remote CART and ASL are services provided by an outside vendor, such as Deaf Services Unlimited (DSU) and Partners Interpreting. There are separate charges associated with the vendors' offerings.
