By logging into MyAccount, members of the Brown community can:

• view their Brown usernames
• view their directory information
• change their Brown password
• change their Google password
• update their two-step verification settings
• confirm that a mobile number is on file for emergency notifications and password changes

Request Service

If you have a mobile number stored in Workday (faculty/staff) or Banner (students,) you can reset your forgotten Brown password on your own by following the Forgot Password link seen on most Brown login screens. If you do not have a mobile number in MyAccount, you will need to visit the IT Service Center with your ID card to reset a forgotten password.
