The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) has begun texting test results to those enrolled in the routine COVID-19 testing program, which is in addition to the messages already sent from RIDOH through Verily and their clinical provider, PWN Health.
These texts, which originate from the number (844) 954-2046 (see example below) are legitimate communications. The link in the text message will direct you to RIDOH portal, pictured in the second image.
