Hello,Your monthly invoice for billing period (1/1/2022 - 1/31/2022) is available.  Please note, you may have a manual per diem adjustment on your invoice as we transition to the new barcode cage card system.To access your invoices in Topaz, you will need:

•       Internet Explorer 11

•   Silverlight (Download a copy at the below link.  You will have to request access.)
   o        https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ REDACTED)

•      To Connect to Brown VPNHere are the steps to access your invoice:

•      Login to Topaz using your Shibboleth:      
   o   https://ptopazcit.ad.brown.edu/TOPAZElements•   Select LOGIN  

•        On the home screen, select
   o        My dashboard  
   o       My Bills

•       Use the filter icon in the top right corner to open the filter-panel.  Change the billing period to the available period dates and hit the blue arrow.

•       To print an invoice, use the check box to select the bill(s) to print.  Select the print icon.
