I am Dr. Shirley Lewis Simpson, and I am the Online employment coordinator for Department of Disability of United
Nations Central Emergency Response Fund Secretariat {UNCERF}. This is a new employment reform through
Employment Agency License organization (UNCERF), Providing care to developmentally [Cardiac/Telemetry, Neuro/
Stroke, Med/Surg, ER, Acute ETOH/Drug detox, and the Covid units] disabled student and adults in individual and
group home setting. Including medication administration, prescribed treatments, monitoring for changes in status, and
managing behaviors that are related to the individual’s psychiatric diagnosis. CERF is committed to acting to create a
healthier, safer, and more integrated world. A systematic approach to global health and human services, working across to
meet the needs of individuals, communities, and countries. A substantial percentage of the students served by the mental
health unit have psychiatric disabilities or co-morbid psychiatric disabilities and need mental health support to be
successful at the university.

I also provided high quality nursing services within a long-term care facility for disabled adults. Worked 10+ hour shifts
routinely. Duties included: assisting with ADL’s, providing ROM and applying orthopedic devices, medication
administration, documentation of medications and treatments provided, as well as the resident’s status. Notification of
any changes/concerns regarding residents to RN and/or MD using sound nursing judgement and in accordance with
facility policy. Supervising and providing directive to CNA’s. Accompanying residents on outings to promote personal
safety and well- being, and to foster positive relationships within the community. You have received this email because you
have an offer from the University Office for Students with Disabilities to work with me while we help Students with
disabilities frustrated with ignorance and lack of services as my temporary personal assistant.

This is an amazingly simple employment. You will only help me Mail letters, make payments at Walmart and purchase
some items when needed. The pay rate is $22 per hour Monday-Friday full time 9am-5pm, part time 9am-2pm....

Interview will be conducted remotely because I am currently away helping medication administration, documentation of
medications and treatments provided, as well as the resident’s status in Australia. You will be paid in advance for all tasks
and purchased to be done on my behalf and some of my personal letters and mail will be forwarded to your residence or
nearby post office for you to pick up at your convenience. Upon my arrival we will discuss the possibility of making this a
long-term employment if I am impressed with your services while I am away. This is a contract position that ends at last
week of December 2023
