To Whom It May Concern: This is an email to certify that   you were referred by the university chamber of commerce and Office of International Student and Scholar Services. This is to confirm that you have been hired as a Work Study Student.
I am Professor Jasjit S Ahluwalia. I feel comfortable discussing this work with me opening with you since you were referred by the university chamber of commerce.

   I am out of the office at the moment and that is why you have been recruited and filled to the position of Executive Aide. You temporarily as my personal assistant. I provide individual and group therapy, coaching, assessment and many university students with academic difficulties and no prior diagnosis are seen and assessed through the academic screening and assessment process.

   I work as a health consultant under (WHO) World Health Organization, WHO is directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system. It is responsible for providing leadership on global health matters, shaping the health research agenda, setting norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support to countries and monitoring and assessing health trends.  I have just been selected to work at the Ukraine refugee camp in Poland where i would be helping and treating the Ukraine disables and injured individuals from the crisis. It basically implies that I most times travel out of the states when urgent need arises for me to do so. But due to my tight schedule, I need help with my errands remotely (involving a couple of data entries and simple research findings) to cover my busy working schedules.  I will send advance prepayments for you to do my shopping, pay my bills and have my items sent to anywhere I want them in order to get the pre-configured office tools that would aid your work for proper efficiency.

Work Study Students may work a maximum of 20 hours when classes are in session and 40 hours when classes are not in session. The work schedule for this position is 20 hours or less per week which is flexible in order not to encroach on your personal schedules. I will provide a clear set of instructions for each task I need done and sufficient funds to cover all errands.
Your weekly rate is $400. Work Study Students are not eligible for any benefits. We anticipate that your services as a Work Study Student will be needed through (September - December). This date, however, is subject to change. You are not under any employment contract and your status can be terminated at any time without notice. You are required to complete an employment application verification and provide your Full Name, Full address, Age, Mobile Phone number, Alternative email (different from school email.
