Rudimentary Impersonation Email

Phish Bowl Alerts

See here for a basic example of an impersonation phishing message. The message appears to have pulled in randomized names of professors via Brown's Vivo service, also attempting to pull in their titles, though this appears to have been less consistently successful. The sender name, email address, and the body of the email all serve as strong indicators this message is a poorly concealed phish attempt.
