Phony PayPal or Walmart invoice for purchase

Phish Bowl Alerts

Like the Geek Squad and Norton fake invoices, variations on the phony orders from Walmart and PayPal are being reported. They claim to notify you of a charge to your account for an item that is being sent to another person. If you receive anything similar, mark it as phishing (open the message in a browser, click on the three dots to the right of the REPLY button and select "Report phishing").

Walmart's Fraud Alerts page includes these details for fraudulent Online Orders. PayPal provides these instructions to report phishing attempts like this directly to them.
