Phish Bowl Alerts
A variation on the phony PayPal invoices noted in January, this one also offers the temptingly handy "View and Pay Invoice" button, along with a support number to call. While the URL may look genuine, at least one VirusTotal.com security vendor has identified it as phishing. And as noted in the You've got a money request (PayPal) Phish Bowl post, "scammers have started taking advantage of a feature inside PayPal that can request money from victims as if they owe it in the first place."
