Support for courses and some teaching and learning initiatives is free of charge.
Support for Campus Events
Charges apply for requests that require on-site or remote support for the duration of an event. Examples include Zoom webinars, panel discussions, high-profile events with guest speakers, events requiring A/V, production, live streaming, etc.
Media Services applies a fee-for-service model. Each service (e.g. Zoom tech support, AV, production, live streaming, etc.) incurs an hourly fee independent of the staffing required to deliver the service.

Here below is a breakdown of our services and fees in support of events:
Reservations

Please note that Remote CART and ASL are services provided by an outside vendor, such as Deaf Services Unlimited (DSU) and Partners Interpreting. There are separate charges associated with the vendors' offerings.

Media Production Creative Services
Creative and Directorial support for compilation and composition of media materials into narrative elements for local presentation or digital distribution to target audiences. Out of scope are any marketing pieces (developed by Office of University Communications) and Teaching and Learning modules (developed by Digital Learning and Design).
