Account and Directory Management

By logging into MyAccount, members of the Brown community can:

  • view their Brown usernames
  • view their directory information
  • change their Brown password
  • change their Google password
  • confirm that a mobile number is on file for emergency notifications and password changes

Request this Service

If you have a mobile number stored in MyAccount, you can reset your own forgotten Brown password by following the Forgot Password link seen on most Brown login screens. If you do not have a mobile number in MyAccount, you will need to visit the IT Service Center with your ID card to reset a forgotten password.
