Support has resolved the issue causing users to be unable to join Meetings and Webinars through the Web client and WebSDK and are continuing to monitor performance.


Issues have been reported that people are unable to join Meetings and Webinars through the Zoom web client.

The vendor has identified the issue and they are working to resolve it.

This issue does not impact joining Meetings and Webinars through the Zoom application.

Updates will be posted as they become available.
