March 20, 4:47 PM - Zoom has restored service and the issue appears to be resolved.



We are aware of a problem with Zoom meetings, brown.zoom.us is not resolving. 

Users can still launch meetings from within the 'Meetings' section of the Zoom app, but the web client, and clicking links for meetings, are not working reliably.

We are in touch with Zoom and they are already underway restoring service. We'll let you know when we learn more.


We are aware of a problem at Brown.Zoom.US.

Due to this issue some Zoom meetings may not be usable.

We are in touch with the vendor and they are working on restoring service.

We will post updates as they become available.
