VPN Issue

The VPN issue has been resolved.  Additional capacity has been added.

We are monitoring our VPN connections closely and making sure we maintain and add capacity for remote work for the Brown community. 

However, you may not even need VPN for the work you're doing. If you don't, then you might have better Internet performance without it.

Check this page for general guidelines on whether you need VPN or not, or check with your IT support staff if you have further questions. You can use the 'Subscribe' button on this page to be informed of any changes to the list.

If you don't need VPN, you can disconnect and only use it for the services that need it.
