Two-Step Verification - Duo

The issues impacting SMS delivery are now resolved, and Duo is continuing to monitor for any additional occurrences of the behavior now that a fix is in place.


The vendor is currently investigating an issue causing intermittent delivery issues with some SMS messages on all of their deployments and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible.

They suggest using other authentication methods such as Duo Push, Phone Callback, or Passcodes, or trying to send an SMS passcode again, as a workaround.

We will update this notification as updates are made available.
