This may affect your ability to use Advancement's Customer Relations Management (CRM) application for the university, which manages data for all alumni. This system is accessed by staff across campus, including the Controller's Office, Provost's Office, etc..
Please check this alert for updates and a resolution. If you experience problems other than the ones mentioned above, or problems with another service, please report them to the CIS IT Service Center at (401) 863-4357.
