Legitimate email from Benefits Strategy but sent in error

We've received several reports of a suspicious email sent from ClaimSupport@benstrat.lh1od.com (an example follows below) that Benefit Strategies told us is legitimate but sent in error. They will follow up with an explanatory email. Their customer service also let us know that recipients "can call in if they do not want to open it to see if they have any receipt requests pending."

Benefit Strategies is Brown's benefits administrator for flexible spending accounts.
