This issue has been resolved.

Per PINNACLE:

Several of our hosted clients have reported issues with logging into their Pinnacle instances.  This outage appears to be impacting a subset of our hosted instances. 

 Calero-MDSL is aware of this issue and the appropriate resources are engaged in resolving this as quickly as possible.
