CIS Billing Service - Pinnacle

Update from Pinnacle: 

We are experiencing an outage that is affecting a number of our Pinnacle clients.  Our internal teams are working to resolve this issue.  At the present time, there is no ETA for a resolution. Some systems may be back online that were previously down.  We will continue to investigate and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. 

An update will be provided at 5 PM ET unless there is a change prior to that time.
